Karen has more than 17 years of global experience in operational leadership and executive search with Fortune 500 and early stage, venture capital backed technology companies. She is an active volunteer with the CleanTech Open’s Alumni and Innovation Partners Programs, a frequent speaker, trainer and writer on topics of career portability, and an impassioned advocate for the advancement of a clean, renewable energy economy.
