Ed LeBard, Associate AIA | LEED AP+, a founding principal of 3 Design Consulting, works directly with stakeholders in the construction and property development industry guiding the application of Integrated Project Delivery and the building certification process under the U.S. Green Building Council’s various LEED Rating Systems. In his decade-long professional career, Ed worked on new infrastructure, existing building renovations, and adaptive re-use projects across 12 states totaling over $931 million with $213 million registered for LEED certification.
A graduate from the University of Maryland (B.S. Architecture ’00, Masters of Architecture ’02), Ed furthered his sustainability credentials by obtaining the LEED AP Building Design & Construction specialty (LEED AP BD+C) with experiences in both new construction and existing building operations.
