Deap Khambay is a recent MSc graduate in International Business and Corporate Social Responsibility. She is an innovative, persuasive thinker and a potential business leader who has valuable experience working at the European centre of a major retail group and a demonstrated passion and track record promoting Corporate Social Responsibility issues.
Deap has recently completed an internship with EIRIS (Experts in Responsible Investment Solutions), analysing company activities across various sectors to assess their exposure to water related risks and their management responses, reporting findings, and grading them against key performance indicators for investment decision making purposes. She has also volunteered at the recent Justmeans Integrated Reporting Conference in London attended by a number of the top 100Ftse companies.
She is currently freelancing with small organisations identifying, advising and compiling their CSR strategy, she is also a guest writer for CSRjobs researching the challenges for graduates entering the field of CSR. Deap has also been conducting research in the area of NGO and corporate collaborations looking at the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Deap is currently looking for clients who are looking for expertise to identify CSR strategy to meet current objectives and is also looking to find more full time employment within Ethical Trading Commercial Development roles as she can offer proven communication, influencing and networking skills and thrives on simplifying issues and solving problems to make a difference.
