sustainable brands conferenceSustainable Life Media, the leading producer of sustainable business conferences and educational events, is accepting speaker proposals for the 2010 Sustainable Brands Conference that is going to take place on June 7-10, 2010 at the Monterey Conference Center.

Sustainable Brands Conference is an international event discussing the rapid rise of sustainability as a driver for revenue growth and brand equity in the 21st Century. It is where the forward looking business thinkers, brand strategists, designers, sustainability executives and communications experts gather to craft new strategies, solutions and stories that will better serve the needs of the global marketplace.

This year’s theme is “The Power of AND”, which is “a tribute to the breakthrough innovation that comes from growing beyond an either/or mindset to adopt the possibility of ‘both/and’.” Proposals are currently being accepted and will be responded to by January 31th, 2010.

Presentation proposals must represent unique ideas from demonstrated thought leaders that fall into one of the following program categories:

  • Observe – (compelling, high impact, visual presentations on the state of the environment, economy, society, or competitive landscape as it impacts opportunities for sustainable innovation).
  • Re-design – Stories of out of the box business model, product, supply-chain, corporate culture or partnership design that is leading to new, more sustainable value propositions for business.
  • Measure – Newly presented data on consumer behavior/sales, as well as the evolution in impact measurement strategies and implementation at the global economy, corporate and product levels.
  • Communicate – Presentation of breakthrough, results oriented brand strategies, creative campaigns, compelling use of messaging, dynamic use of new technologies, etc.
