2009-2010 Women’s Environmental Council Scholarship Program

The Women’s Environmental Council has three chapters in Southern California – Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. To achieve the goal to support women who are preparing to pursue careers in the environmental field, the council offers scholarships to women attending institutes of higher learning in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties. The scholarship can be used for any aspect of education, including books, tuition, research and housing.

The four lucky winners will receive full conference registration, as well as travel and lodging at the event, scheduled to take place May 19-20, in San Francisco, Calif.
