Tracey de Morsella began her career as associate editor for US Technology Magazine where she created a career column entitled Career Tracks. She drew on that experience to launch Delaware Valley Network, a company that published a monthly newspaper and hosted networking events for professionals living in the Greater Philadelphia area. Years later, Tracey leveraged the contacts and resources she acquired to become an executive recruiter specializing in technical and diversity search. She has conducted recruitment training seminars for Wachovia Bank, the US Geological Survey and the US Postal Service, as well as authored, the Diversity Recruitment Advertising Toolkit.
