Illana Burk is the Principal Consultant at Illana Burk Consulting working with businesses looking to integrate sustainability into their business strategies. She also handles business development for UTZ Certified,  a sustainability certifier for agricultural commodities including coffee, tea and cocoa.  while at Beantrees Organic Coffee, she oversaw strategic relationship/account management and training, as well as Director of Sustainability. She has worked with companies of all sizes: retailers, wholesalers, service providers, and NGO’s. She also is the author of the blog, Defining Green.
