Erica G. Courtney, President of Courtney Consulting Solutions, is a government business development consultant based in Jacksonville, Florida. She has over 11 years experience as a scout helicopter pilot and senior staff officer in the U.S. Army in charge of government acquisitions, contracts, budgets in excess of $200M and logistics.
